3 months agoIsnโt it a bit insane that the sellers who contracted Keller Williams signed at 9 am today, we the buyers signed at 12:30 pm today and their agent Christy Bulerez is holding the keys and garage opener to our new home hostage at 5 pm because she wants money that is not in the contract or any agreement that has been sent to her and signed and wants it off the books? I cannot believe an agency would tolerate this type of behavior. She graciously messaged my agent for her sign yet does not think she needs to hand over keys. Iโm appalled that this behavior would be tolerated.

4 months agoI recently engaged with a Realtor from Keller Williams, Ziad Al Kayali .. whose misleading advice has caused significant issues and financial losses. This Realtor, assured clients online that they did not require permits for making changes inside their homes. However, this information is unequivocally false and has led to a range of problems. The repercussions of acting on this misinformation have been severe. These oversights resulted in delays, fines, and even the possibility of having to undo completed work, causing undue stress and financial strain. After encountering these difficulties, we are taking the necessary steps to address this issue. We plan to escalate this matter to the Texas Real Estate Commission and Keller Williams, the broker representing this Realtor. It is crucial to hold accountable those who provide inaccurate and misleading information, especially when it pertains to such critical aspects of homeownership. In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering working with this Realtor to exercise caution and verify all information independently, especially regarding legal requirements such as permits for home modifications. Trust is fundamental in real estate transactions, and it is disappointing to encounter such misleading practices that can have far-reaching consequences.

This realtor Christy Bulerez is a joke.. she dropped by to turn in all the keys and garage door openers, when she was outside she asked for her Realtor Sign (i know this because my realtor told me thats the first thing she asked for over the phone with her when she arrived) โฆ just because i put her sign up in the garage so the wind wouldnโt messed up she decided it was funny to take off with my keysโฆ really disappointed at KW i had to pay a locksmith

4 months agoMy interaction with Dillon Loren from Keller Williams Metropolitan Realtors was highly unsatisfactory. His unprofessionalism and slow response time were incredibly frustrating. Despite filling out personal information on an application, I never received any further communication from him. This experience has left me questioning the credibility of both Dillon Loren and the company as a whole.

5 months agoAgents voicemails are full.. donโt return text messages or emails. No one at this office who the agent is listed as working with answers phones or emails.. so confusing as I thought that was the entirety of the business and point of them even existing. If I can perhaps find the owner of the propertyโs information.. Iโm sure theyโd love to know that they donโt actually try to sell their property even when the buyer comes to them!
