I recently sold my property in Manassas through Spring Hill Real Estate, and unfortunately, the experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, primarily due to the performance of their realtor agent, Neena Kundi. My property languished on the market for an extended period, nearly six months, which I attribute to Neena's ineffective marketing strategies. Surprisingly, there was no real estate sign placed for sale on my property, and many potential customers complained about Neena's unresponsiveness to their calls during property inspections. Neena's handling of the pricing strategy was erratic and lacked transparency. The inconsistent changes in property prices, coupled with the absence of disclosure regarding renovations I personally invested in, negatively impacted the property's market presence and prolonged its stay on the market. Disturbingly, I later discovered that Neena Kundi was accepting remuneration from the buyer's agent, resulting in the sale of my property at an undesirably low price. Post-sale, my attempts to communicate with Neena Kundi have proven futile, as she has not responded to my calls or texts. I strongly advise anyone considering the services of Neena Kundi at Spring Hill Real Estate to reconsider and explore other realtor options. My experience with Neena Kundi has been nothing short of a disaster, and I encourage you to seek a realtor company that places a high value on professionalism, communication, and integrity. Save yourself from potential complications and entrust your business to a realtor company that prioritizes your time and investment.
