2 weeks agoI had an awful experience with Compass Realty & Management. When I scheduled to see a house, I was made to drive there only to be told, once I arrived, that the house was not ready to be shown. Before that, they had me search all over the property for a key because the person who was supposed to show the house never showed up in person, only giving instructions over the phone. I rescheduled another appointment, which they canceled again. On my third attempt, I finally got to see the house, but again, the realtor didn’t show up. He just told me over the phone where to find the keys, and that was it. At that point, I already had a bad feeling about the company, but I still decided to apply. We paid $60 per applicant (there were three of us), and then they started changing the application rules. Initially, they said large dogs were allowed, but then they changed it to small dogs only. They also shifted their focus, saying credit scores were now the priority for approval. When we applied, the requirements were entirely different, and I don’t consider a 665 credit score to be bad. After waiting for a week for their decision, we were, of course, not approved. They never called us with an update—we had to call them twice during the week to get an answer. I requested a refund of the application fees due to their changing conditions, but unsurprisingly, they refused to refund us. Beware of this company. They seem to focus solely on collecting application fees and provide terrible service from the start. Read their reviews and save yourself the headache and wasted money.

a month agoI paid 3500 in deposits and almost 1400 a month without never having my washer and dryer replaced. My husband and I have taken multiple days off to be home for delivery, yet there always seems to be an issue. They do not hesitate to let you know you will not be compensated for your waisted time. Don't do business with these people!!

2 weeks agoThis company is shady & unprofessional. The person that was supposed to show us a house didn’t even show up. He asked us to look at the house without him. We were also told my sister in laws credit was not ran & days later I had to call & then they told me it was ran.

3 months agoThe property management, customer service and response time at this company is so lacking and unprofessional it should be criminal. If you don't have the time or care to pick up your phone, respond to text, email or voicemail, you shouldn't be in the service industry. You are dealing with people's housing and lives. Maybe take it a bit more seriously or find a different profession.

12 months agoI am not renewing my lease agreement with this company after one year. I was told that I would be receiving picture updates on my home every 6 months. Nope never received them. I received a Violation in July from my HOA. informed Diane Haberman to contact the tenants and she told me she would. a month later l received a second violation from my HOA about the same issue. my tenants informed Diane that the remote to the front gate to my community was broken upon receiving it ( they moved into my home in early April) and they never received an update on how to get this issue fixed until I contacted my tenants directly after my violation.
