Established in 2001, we have been serving our local community in this capacity for nearly two decades. We offer well child visits for your children from birth to the college years, same day sick visits, consultation visits for asthma, food allergy, eczema, behavior, attention or learning issues and mental health counseling. Emily is a very experienced practitioner. She made a right call without delays on what tests should be done to diagnose my daughter with pneumonia. She spent time examining the patient thoroughly, hearing our concerns, and explaining things clearly. We trust her to take care of our kids.

If there were an infinite amount of stars, they would all need to be given to Emily Corridon. She is the reason my daughter is thriving and recovering so well. Emily listens carefully, gets to know her patients, and builds amazing rapport. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that has helped our family immensely. We are so impressed and grateful to have her as our nurse practitioner. The office staff has also been incredibly wonderful and easy to work with. Again, ALL the stars to Emily Corridon and Advanced Pediatrics to infinity and beyond.

I’ve heard great things about this practice, specifically Dr. Smith, however, my one phone interaction that I had with a nurse was very disappointing. My family has just been posted here in the area after being posted overseas, we are only here for 6 weeks for training and then will be sent to another training site. While we are here we need a pediatrician for our daughter for an upcoming well-visit and then just as a resource for emergency or urgent situations. I called the office seeing if they would see our daughter while we are here, and the nurse I spoke to on the phone was less than polite. She barely listened to anything I said and just kept saying over and over “no that’s not something we do, we don’t see patients like that”. At one point she even said “so, what, you’re just going to be here for one month and then you’re going to go back to where you came from? No, we don’t do that”, she even said “You need to call the Health Department”- what? I’m not sure what a building of offices could do. After expressing my frustration she agreed to speak to her supervisor and call me back. However, based on our interaction I doubted that she even heard anything I said and the conversation would be biased based on her understanding of the situation. She called me back today to inform me that “it’s not something we do” and they could not help me. I asked her to please recommend a pediatrician that would be willing to help me and although she sounded frustrated she did give me the names of two offices, which to my disappointment have terrible reviews online and made the decision quite easy that we would not be bringing our daughter to them. I understand that every practice has a procedure they must follow when accepting patients, however, the way I was treated is unacceptable. This area is full of people who are working for the military/government and are frequently moving in and out, we should not be treated like we are less than, or an inconvenience because we are doing the best we can with our situation. We do not choose where we are posted or sent for training or for how long. We work very hard to maintain normalcy for our families and to ensure they are cared for wherever we live. This nurse behaved as if I was the biggest inconvenience and absolutely ridiculous for even suggesting that my daughter be seen, she even said “even if we would take her, we would need all of her records, so it wouldn’t work”. As if I had not anticipated that, to which I informed her that of course they would and that I already had ALL of her WELL maintained records prepared and printed for a provider. She did not even acknowledge that I said that. I am disappointed and frustrated... and back at square one. Please educate your staff on how to talk to people, and what it must be like to start over every time a family is posted somewhere new. We all deserve quality care for our children.

Great and friendly service! Dr Smith made my daughter feel so comfortable. She didn’t cry at all for the first time. She was sick with an ear infection and he was so gentle with her. We also had a great experience with Dr Jander. She was able to see us without an appointment before our trip. I’m very happy with all the staff there and grateful both my kids have been going there for 16 years now.

My little one's favorite!!! Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable which is great for me but it is his personality that makes my 8 year old excited about going to the doctor - so funny, approachable, kind, loving. He is definitely in the right job, amazing with kids.
