a week agoWas a great practice when we started with them a couple years ago. Actually multiple members of our family have brought their children to this practice for years. We especially like Dr. Smith. Unfortunately not every provider is satisfactory here and we have had a terrible experience over the last few months. There is a clear turnover of pediatricians here, and that in itself is a red flag. They don't respect or value our family's time or health as they used to. Members of the "business" even disrespected members of our family when we were trying to find a solutions to the aforementioned issues. Find another practice, you will thank me later. Addendum: This practice is unethical and unprofessional. Stay away!! One of their providers even told us they did not know how to treat our child regarding something that every medical student is taught during school/training, very scary!

4 months agoDr Smith and the nurses and front desk staff at Advanced Pediatrics have been nothing short of phenomenal! Dr Smith runs on time, never rushes us, does not get flustered by our infant's crying, and takes the time to ask us how we are doing as parents. He leaves no stone unturned in trying to get to the bottom of any issues, and provides great recommendations for specialists. Dr Smith also consults with his colleagues at the practice regularly to get their opinions as well, so we know we have a whole team supporting us. The support staff and nurses are amazing as well- organized, send referrals and prescriptions quickly. I would not be surprised if we go to Advanced Pediatrics and Dr Smith well into adolescence!

a week agoAdvanced Pediatrics ordered a $200 food delivery and gave the driver No Tip. Zero. Absolutely nothing. Consider that integrity when trusting your child with these people.

3 months agoWe've been customers of Advanced Pediatrics for 24 years. It was a different office when Dr. Schwartz was running it. Now it's not providing the same quality and getting wors every year. Hiring subpar doctors and rude staff, not respecting parents' time, charging extra for services others donโt charge for, very poor patient portal quality, etc... We are going to find another office as this is becoming unreasonable.

6 months agoEmily is a very experienced practitioner. She made a right call without delays on what tests should be done to diagnose my daughter with pneumonia. She spent time examining the patient thoroughly, hearing our concerns, and explaining things clearly. We trust her to take care of our kids.
