2 weeks agoVery bad customer service just bought an item from there only used it once very gently and it get damaged they wouldnโt change it or return it. Even though they charge way over price for it . I would never recommend this store

3 months ago0.00000***** starts to this store. Once of the worst stores I have ever seen. The attitude of ladys on the cash counters feels like they are running an multi billion store and giving all products free to customers. What an place I have gone to....I don't want to waste my time writing review to this store and its not even worth of it.

3 months agoThis place has bad customer service, the guy is not helpful at all and he's not friendly.. so be prepared not to ask questions and help yourself... I read the other comments that say that customer service is bad, but it's obvious that the owner doesn't really care, typical middle Eastern business mentality... it's ok to be rude since Allah is Al-razzak... that's their business mentality...

5 months agoA cheating store: the prices it calculates upon payment are higher than the prices written on the items , and when you talk to it, it tells you that it is the employeeโs mistake and the goods can be returned. This incident happened 4 times within 3 months. He is a cheater and his shop is not well cleaned

7 months agoThe owner lady needs to learn and focus on her customer service . She is a disgrace. Also, the Bucher manager needs to come down from his illusionary world he lives in, and be kind to people and his staff.
