A cheating store: the prices it calculates upon payment are higher than the prices written on the items , and when you talk to it, it tells you that it is the employee’s mistake and the goods can be returned. This incident happened 4 times within 3 months. He is a cheater and his shop is not well cleaned

The owner lady needs to learn and focus on her customer service . She is a disgrace. Also, the Bucher manager needs to come down from his illusionary world he lives in, and be kind to people and his staff.

The absolute RUDEST PERSON at the cashier! I have never ever been received in such a manner. She was rude, nasty and not at all capable of dealing with other human being! Definitely doesn’t understand how to act to honor the hijab she was wearing! And on a Friday! Our holy day as Muslims. Someone needs to teach this woman some interpersonal skills and remind her of what her religion says about dealing with other people. I will absolutely NOT be shopping here ever again. Nor will my family members or friends either. Good job, lady! 👏🏽

The worst customer service one can get. I have been a regular customer for 5 years. I have always disliked their customer service. But the last visit was the worst. I had an issue with the female cashier. She refused to return a 12 dollar item that I did not feel safe to eat. She absolutely lost a customer for a 12 dollar. It wasn’t worth it. God bless American. And God bless all the companies in this country who appreciate each and every customer and treat them with all due respect.
