2 years agoAnas is THE BEST realtor I've worked with and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area! I purchased my condo here in San Diego, CA from Boston, MA and he went above and beyond to make the buying process the least stressful as possible. He did facetime showings, would send videos of the property after and have answers to my questions on hand and if not provide an answer quickly after. He even negotiated in both price and services that have made the move in extremely easy. He referred me to the best lender and the entire escrow process moved in 3 weeks! He is very well connected which helps in securing an offer and even got my offer accepted on a VA home loan, which is near impossible in the current market conditions. in the last weekNot professional , lack of knowledge , bad strategy , burned my house in the. Market , and after 3 months of no offers , he went MIA not answering for days , I wanted to cancel the contract , he asked me to compensate him for his work ( he cleaned the house one time as his words ) Or he said I still need to pay him the commission If I sold the house with another agent , so basically if someone did the job that he couldn't I need to pay him for not doing his job , Don't advise anyone to work with him
