a year agoHad the absolutely worst experience with the sellerโs agent Salvatore. He was completely uncooperative, refused to tell us what the other offers were when we tried to counter and refused to answer our messages. We countered 3 times going higher everytime. We ended up offering only $10k below asking and he hung up the phone on us and refused to answer. That house had been for sale for over a month and was aggressively decreasing the price. We wish there had been better communication. You would think he would want to create competition between buyers to increase his own pay but I guess not. He was incredibly rude. We will never go with this group again.

8 months agoThis company is profiting off Genocide. They're listing Palestinian's homes who have been displaced by the current genocide. Do we really need this company in San diego? No.

5 years agoBeing a member of the metro team is a humbling honor. Everyone is welcoming and the vibe is more like a family. I couldnโt ask for more support and education. There are always events being held to better our businesses. During my short time with metro, my life has been redirected for the better. Wake up with Stephen Jackโs morning classes and youโll be happy to spend your day with this awesome group of people.

3 years agoHello, I donโt even know where to start.; I was invited by the Keller Williams Team to join the smp program which by the way it costs $500.00 to be one of their vendors. I was at one point very excited and i didnโt care about the price so i did it but i was fooled by a voluntary agent โ Kathy Jacksonโ whoโs in charge of the program. I reached out to Kathy 2 weeks after i joined to ask her about the program but before i go any further she initially said that she was going to invite us to their group meetings so i could introduce myself and talk about what we do as a family owned business but that day never came. Kathy was very friendly on our initial call but when i reached out to her she said that she would reach out to me a few days later and of-course she didnโt. I sincerely apologize with whoever reads this review but if you have a business please know that this lady is the worst, she wonโt follow up with you and know that sheโll twist things around to get rid of you as a vendor. One day i got tired of waiting so i messaged her and told her that the smp program was b.s. and she got offended but in reality i was very disappointed of her because she basically ignored us and didnโt care about her vendors and she never followed up at all. I told her that i was going to give her another opportunity but she instead decided to refund me what i payed initially. If you are a business and you want to join the smp program do it but make sure Kathyโs not helping you out as she wonโt care for you and sheโll try to get rid of you if you call her out for not doing what sheโs supposed to do, she will end up giving you a bunch of excuses like: i forgot, it was not my intention, or ridiculous excuses in general instead of just trying her best to help out after admitting her mistakes. Have a great day everyone and remember Kathy Jackson should not be in charge of this program. -Arick
