Very disappointed with my experience, the agent involved was Giacomo Guerrini, never showed up to an appointment and called to cancel when I was already there after driving for a while to be on time. Very unprofessional and unexcusable, and a poor image for this company that hires people like this. I am definitely staying away from them! Response: I contacted your company to let you know he was never planning to show up, if the so called emergency occurred earlier he should have cancelled when it happened or arrange someone else to cover him. The call should not be when you meet a potential buyer. You have defeated his unprofessional behavior at that time and now again. That gives a clear image of the company not just the agent involved, better to stay away for your company! Good luck

Never do business with Beachfront Realty and be very careful of any contract you sign with them. They are also hurting a disabled Veteran and his family with their shady practices! This agency has earned so many 1 star reviews that they are a 2 star company as far as we’re concerned.. Terribly dishonest company, broker, and agents. Be very careful before you sign any contract with them. Agents Liliya Shmatenkova and Adriana Dorival, together with broker Mindy Kurkin, have caused us nothing but problems!! We gave them an exclusive listing agreement and they lied to us about a fair asking price, about how much we would need spend on a new home and about how we had 60 days to cancel the agreement. The next day they wanted us to reduce the asking price by $250K and increase our new home purchase budget by $150K. We insisted on prior review of all listings before they could post them but they listed the next day on the MLS with unprofessional photos that they took themselves and with many factual errors. After several attempts we finally got the listing corrected (it took many tries by us) and professional photos added. But 30 days into the contract we had had no showings, no open houses, no other marketing materials and nothing but promises. We canceled the listing agreement and after a heated telephone call with the broker, Mindy Kurkin, she sent us a fake cancellation (a document titled “Cancel Listing” but it just withdrew our listing from the MLS). After many months she has still has not cancelled the listing agreement, even though she withdrew the listing from the MLS and stopped working to sell our house. This is preventing us from listing with a reputable agency and is costing us time and money. Very unprofessional and we can’t understand the idea behind that except to cause us pain and suffering! And Shmartenkova and Kurkin were very unpleasant and difficult to work with. Shmatenkova acted like the main agent but she does not work for Beachfront Realty and was directing her niece, Adriana Dorival, who is a very new agent with no experience, and neither are familiar with this area and the properties in our area. Shmartenkova implied they were partners but she actually works for Transworld Business Advisors, but we now know agents can only legally work for 1 broker. If we had understood this we would never have listed a +$1.0M house with them.. We asked them about the new laws concerning listing agreements and they refused to discuss it, so we asked our friend, another realtor, and they threatened her license, simply for talking to us, and then lied to us about it, denying any knowledge even though Dorival sent the threatening email!! We lost all trust after that. They seemed to think we worked for them and should be thankful that they would agree to represent us!! Obviously, we have no trust or confidence in this agency and would not recommend them to anyone! 10/07/24 Regardless of what Mindy Kurkin says (same answer for complaints - we're a good company,etc., etc) , all my comments and complaints are verifiable and supported with documentation. And Ethics complaints have been filed and are in process. Still no valid cancellation from Mindy Kurkin.

Very nice, very helpful, made the whole process easy to move in. Sofia responded quickly to any question via text or call very promptly. Miami rentals can be a headache, and this is probably the the most upfront and reliable process I’ve dealt with in 6 years living in this great city. Thank you 👍

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 star review I would've!!!! NEVER IN 25 YEARS OF MY RENTING LIFE I'VE SEEN SUCH A MESS!!! DON'T CONTRACT THEM IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE! I CAN'T SPEAK ABOUT ALL OF THEM BUT ALBERTO ZALTSBERG, I CAN, AND HE DOENS'T KNOW ANYTHING HE IS DOING!! I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW HE PASSED HIS EXAM!!! They are unprofessional, doesn't know anything about the contracts and couldn't resolve their own mess leaving it in the hands of another broker from another company to take over due to their lack of knowledge and interest in what's happening. We are brainstorming at this moment, along with the realtor he left us with, which poor man, he stated what a garbage job was done, or better no job was done and now we are trying to resolve the mess Alberto Zaltsberg, left us with.
