I used to be a patient here for years and can proudly say to NEVER go here, they care more about money than they do actual patient care. I was told I needed way more work done than i actually did. They wanted to charge me over $13,000 to get what i needed done. Of course after seeing that number I went to get a second opinion and was told I only needed half of the work done that main street dental told me I needed and this place did everything for $500. With prices like that you would think that they are nice and give good patient care but NOPE! Stay Away from this fraudulent corporate dentist

The staff is very friendly, clean and thorough. They also feel trustworthy, like they aren’t going to do any unnecessary work. I have not been to the dentist in 2 years because of the fear I had due to a previous visit at another dental group. I’m definitely excited to have found this dentist office. I will be coming back ❤️

Dr. Smith, the incredibly attentive dentist, went above and beyond to ensure my dental needs were in perfect order. Her dedication is truly appreciated. However, while the office itself shines, I must admit that my experience with the receptionists, Diana and Cecilia, was less than satisfactory. Their customer service skills are lacking, to say the least, and their unprofessional handling of my concerns left me disappointed. It's because of this that I've made the decision to find a new dental office that values professionalism and customer satisfaction.

If you are looking for a great family doctor you will find Dr. Shake at Main Street Dental. Dr. Shake is very knowledgeable, he is an expert in their field, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this dental office. Excellent staff, great costumer service, and ease of scheduling….. highly recommend.

ZERO STARS!!! This place is in it for the money. I recently changed dentists to this office due to a change in insurance. I was with my previous dentist for 15 years. When I had my appointment at Main Street Dental they immediately started selling me things. The lady doing my x-rays mentioned that I can get braces in that office if I’m not happy with my teeth (mind you I just had braces and I have perfect teeth). Then the dentist came in and immediately told me I need to have my wisdom teeth pulled because they could cause bacteria issues and then said I need to get all my fillings removed and replaced with root canals and crowns. The hygienist that “cleaned” my teeth took all of 10 minutes and didn’t even clean all my teeth. They told me the prices for everything and wanted to start immediately without even doing an exam! Thousands and hundreds thousands of dollars! I told them no and immediately left and went to my previous dentist to get a second opinion. They reassured me I needed NONE of the things that Main Street Dental said I needed. They also did a cleaning for me and told me the cleaning that Main Street Dental did was horrible and that I still had build up that needed to be removed. I would NEVER recommend this office. All they want is your money. They don’t care about well being of the patients.
