Used an agent from this brokerage to represent me in buying a house as I had never purchased a home in Texas before and real estate rules and process vary greatly between states. I have never in all of my life had such a horrible experience with a real estate purchase. The agent dropped so many balls and left me high and dry when issues were found. The day of closing the seller had failed to correct inspection issues that had been specified as needing to be fixed before close causing water to leak from my ceiling within 24 hours of close. On closing day when I was concerned because issues had not been fixed and I had no power in parts of my house, damage that was undisclosed and damage that happened between inspection and close I did not want to sign until all had been rectified and the agent after consulting with her brokerage told me I could be sued if I didn’t sign causing so much stress and a bad decision even though what they advised me was completely untrue and I should have never signed the papers until the seller had addressed the issues/. This brokerage just cares about getting your commission and does not at all care about protecting you as a buyer. I have thousands in issues that should have been addressed and it had been a nightmare and they did absolutely nothing to help make it right. They don’t even respond to you after the sale! DO NOT use this brokerage or any agent associated with it! House buying should not be like this and I’ve never dealt with a more unethical company!
