We are a full-service Halal restaurant based in Falls Church, Virginia, and weโve been serving the community and beyond since 2018. We serve a wide and great selection of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food that is served in an open buffet or ala carte option. We offer a selection of homemade food choices, as well as great Iftar programs. Our food is Halal and served in a warm, cozy, and friendly atmosphere.
We offer a wide array of meat and vegetable snacks, appetizers, and main dishes with original recipes that have been handed down from our family through generations. These original recipes have been revised over the years, but the original taste remains true to its authentic history. We offer lunch, dinner, and coffee, but we also serve breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays

3 months agoJust happened to have time to eat at Bawadi today, which was featuring its weekly Thursday dinner buffet. All in all I was impressed - there was a good selection of food and the quality was quite high. My favorite, without a doubt, was the lamb kabsa - the lamb was super tender, well seasoned, and fell apart when I picked at it with my fork. The only downside is that I donโt think this restaurant has tap water for drinking, and individual bottled water costs $2. Regardless, I will be back! I have included buffet pictures below for those who need a reference!

a month agoYou donโt know me, but Iโm probably one of the toughest food critics out there and this was hands down THE BEST middle eastern food Iโve had! Where do I begin?! The lentil soup provided the ideal warmth with the perfect kick of lemon. And the Jordanian mansaf?! Donโt get me started! The yogurt, the tender lamb, the perfect rice. Phenomenal. Simply phenomenal. In conclusion, I was in heaven during this meal. Thank you.

4 weeks agoThe food tasted good. The service was amazing. The ambience is very lively and pleasant. One thing I found disappointing is the food portion for the price of the dish could have been better.

3 months agoHOLY ****! Hands down some of the best food I've ever eaten.. I've never had dolmas or baba ganoush with that level of flavor. Anyone would enjoy the veggie sample platter. The spices used were not spicy, but packed full of flavor. I'd eat here everyday if I could. If you don't go here, you're truly missing out. Also LOVE the atmosphere, both inside and out.

a week agoI love coming to this place, they have great customer service. My go tos are the sharwma platters, fried fish, eggplants and the soups. They also have hookah in the back patio too, one of my favorite Mediterranean places
