Bay Root Street Food

This may be the best burger I’ve ever had. I got the bay root burger with no onion, and Cajun fries. The fries are soft and well seasoned, perfectly cooked. And the BURGER. Oooh. The bun is lightly toasted so it’s crispy on one side. Slightly sweet. All fresh ingredients, the food is hot, and they are generous with the sauce. They do NOT skimp out. It’s so so good. Only downside is he doesn’t sell drinks, but it’s inside a gas station so I’m not too concerned with that 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was delicious. My wrap was sooo good, the bayroot sauce was the perfect sauce that just tied it all together, I even got a little sneak peak into the kitchen

Went and got a chicken Shawarma sandwich. It was terrible. I work in Dearborn so I am use to getting good shawarma but this sandwich I threw away after 1 bite. Tasted almost like canned tuna fish. I will now be going back.

Labels on the sandwiches were switched. One was no tomatoes and the other was no pickle. The no pickle was marked no tomatoes and the no tomato was marked no pickle. So 2 people received the wrong samdwhiched. The meat had a good taste to it but were very dry. Didn't taste like there was any sauce on it.

I'm always looking for something new and this morning I found something great! Got the Sausage burrito and was very impressed by the size, wonderful color and delicious flavor. Small restaurants at gas stations and food trucks seem to be where the good food is at anymore.
