9 months agoI had the best experience with Nestor as my transaction agent. Nestor was paired with Patty who was my showing agent. They were both great. Although my home purchase in San Diego wasn't the most seamless, I think that's when a good realty agent team really shows their colors. When things are smooth sailing, you don't really know the skills of a pilot, right? It's through murky weather you see who can help you through difficult situations. In this tough market, it's so important to have a team that's on your side (not just trying to complete the transaction quickly). Patty and Nestor were that team for me. They were patient as I struggled to find my perfect home. They patiently went to unsuccessful showings and cancelled escrows due to poor maintenance. They were empathetic and encouraging as I started getting frustrated with the process. Finally, when I was having delays with funding my offer, they were so instrumental in helping me communicate with the sellers and getting a solution in place.
