BISTRO MEDITERRANEO has opened on the first of October 2020. Its blended Mediterranean cuisine with beautifully executed dishes that feature fresh ingredients that are sourced and made daily, such as charcoal grilled eggplant salad, hummus and tabbouleh, house made bread and pastry, silky red lentil soup, fresh wraps with lamb, chicken, beef and vegetables or special plates of succulent gyro delicately seasoned with hints of garlic, lemon and oregano, served with rice. We also serve home made fresh desserts, like Warba (describe what it is), Baklava and many others.

3 months agoThe food was very fresh! This is a very small deli that serves Mediterranean food. I took pictures but my phone broke and I had to get a new one. I got the salad that starts with an F. I let the man behind the counter pronounce it. Fresh with a capital F. The fresh cucumbers and tomatoes were so hydrating. The drinks are in a glass refrigerator. I paired this dish with a mineral water-excellent. This establishment is more like a small market that serves fresh and packaged food. Two tables outside and one inside. We bought the packaged Turkish delights. The candy was very fun and delicious to eat. I'll go here again to try another item on the menu.

10 months agoCute little deli-style place for gyro and hummus food. The menu is very small and limited, but the food is fresh and made to order. The hummus was a generous portion, but very strong on the tahini and could have used more salt and seasoning. The gyro place was delicious with very fluffy rice and a nice yogurt sauce on the side. The grape leaves were some of the best I’ve had! Overall, for $33 it was a solid amount of food. We sat outside on the little table.

11 months agoI wouldn't call this place a "hole in the wall type joint", per se, but it definitely gave me that vibe. There weren't that many people there, except for a chill young guy behind the counter making all the food, and an older gentleman who appeared to be cleaning things. I got the red-pepper bread and the falafel wrap, both were pretty good. The falafel wrap was pretty satiating, and it had a bunch of varied fillings. A tip: pay attention to the price of what you get. It will tell you generally how much food you get. Those cheaper options may not be enough for a full meal, if you're looking for that.

3 weeks agoAfter a couple hours of hiking and walking around I found this bistro that had great reviews. Decided to check it out, and it’s as great as the rest of the reviews. Great service and delish food (gyro platter). Perfectly made the way I like it!
