3 months agoSo happy we decided to have Cham-ya cater our wedding. He not only helped me decide the menu but gave me a lot of other advice to make our wedding perfect. The food tasting was such a great experience, it felt like a family dinner with Bassel and his wife! We knew that day that we made the right decision! You can trust Bassel to make your event a memorable one that your guests will be talking about for a long time! The food was AMAZING!! Couldnโt have asked for anything better! God Bless!!

a month agoAs a disappointed mother, I want to share our terrible experience with Cham-ya Catering. My daughter contacted Bassel on May 15th for a mocktail bar for her June 15th graduation party. Despite giving a monthโs notice, it took two weeks to get a quote. Initially quoted $10 per person, we expected to pay $400 for 40 people. Later, Raul, Basselโs assistant, said they couldnโt do the date, but Bassel assured us he could, raising the price to $700. Despite agreeing to the higher cost, my daughter was ignored when trying to confirm details. Two days before the party, Bassel canceled, leaving my daughter very disappointed. The service was unprofessional and unreliable. We do not recommend Cham-ya Catering to anyone.

a month agoI had a terrible experience with Cham-ya Catering. I reached out to Bassel, the owner, on May 15th, referred by my aunt Mona who had worked with him many times. I wanted a mocktail bar for my graduation party on June 15th, giving them a monthโs time advance to prepare. Despite my consistent messaging, it took Bassel two weeks to provide a quote. Initially, Raul, his assistant, quoted me $10 per person, so I expected to pay around $400 for 40 people. After confirming this information and two weeks of back-and-forth, Raul informed me that they couldn't perform the mocktail bar on that date. I was frustrated since I had given them a month's notice. I messaged Bassel to express my disappointment, and he assured me he could do June 15th. However, he increased the price to $700 at a minimum. Despite the higher cost, I agreed. I messaged Bassel dozens of times to confirm and arrange the details, but received no response. Then, just two days before my party, he canceled on me last minute, saying he couldn't do it. This was after a month of trying to arrange everything. Overall, the service was horrible and unprofessional. I would not recommend Cham-ya Catering to anyone.
