My brother has been sick. He got a referral to Dr Salem's office. I read the reviews and was a bit worried as they were not good. We were very late to the first appt. The office was very nice and very accommodating. They fit us in and were so pleasant. I found all the staff to be great and competent and caring. The care has been great. they are helping him get to the bottom of his issues. Our experience with this office A+. I question the reviews I did read. Paients first name is Jonathan J . Thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to say how much I love this place. Like anyone, I was nervous, I Googled/Yelped them online before I chose Cedar Family Medicine as my PCP, and I’m so glad I did. Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the front office staff to the nurses to the doctors, has been so friendly and helpful. Never felt like a number here, everyone takes the time to get to know you. They’re all hard-working, caring professionals with families and they treat you the same. A huge thank you to Dr. Salem, Dr. Merc, Michelle, Christy, Yajaira, and everyone else I might have missed for your exceptional service! Joshua Erian

NO DOUBT I recommend Dr. Salem. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. He takes his time and explains until I understand. I walk out of there everytime feeling wonderful because of the energy I pick up during my visit. THANK YOU AND YOUR STAFF !!

Dr. Salem has been my Mom’s physician for 4 years now. He’s very personable and we always felt heard & understood. He see’s her at Foothill Medical center and even came to the nursing home she had to go to temporarily for rehab on her hip. Any time we go to the office, his staff is very friendly and help us sort out insurance / prescription coverage.

I had one of the worst experiences while being a patient here. It was to the point where I was in tears and feeling beyond hopeless. After reaching a tipping point where I have never been before, I left a 1 star review. “Shockingly” enough, I received a phone call from the office shortly after the review went live. A call that I was supposed to have received a month prior. We spoke our peace, but nothing was truly resolved. I pushed forward as I was hoping to get a medical concern that I have had for years resolved and feeling ignorantly positive that the call meant a positive change was coming. Only a few short days later, I had my first phone consult with Dr. Salem to go over labs. I honestly cannot believe what this man did on this call. He brought up the google review and started to berate me about it. He did not even ask me to explain what happened or get my feedback on the situation that occurred. He brought something up about the phone system which had absolutely nothing to do with what the problem was that occurred in his office. If I had a pleasant conversation with Salem then I would have been so relieved to be making progress and would have removed the review. Instead, this doctor acted more unprofessional than anyone I have worked with in the medical field. After harassing me about the review, his office then dropped me as a patient. You will also notice that he removed my original review. I will never let down the way this doctor made me feel and I only hope he never makes another feel the same.
