I have been charged for the procedure not performed, that was not covered by my insurance, and now I am expected to pay in full for the procedure that did not happen! I submitted the claim to the billing department to review, it was rejected. In the mean time, my health problem still bothers me, but now I am hesitant to go a doctor again. (I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation is outrageous). UPDATE: Now when I have read other reviews I saw a warning about the same Dr Lee overcharging other patients, from the two years ago! Apparently, it is a pattern, and the clinic is doing nothing about it!
They have been nice people, but today they wouldn't see me cause I apparently didn't submit paperwork, but I had just a few minutes prior. After explaining that, they told me they'd see me after I filled the paperwork from a new link, and never sent me any link. Then they told me "sorry the dr. has moved on". What the hell?
Terrible Customer Service Despite Exceptional Doctors
I had a truly horrendous experience with the customer service at this dermatologist's office, which is disheartening considering the exceptional doctors and their remarkable track record. Despite the doctors' expertise and impressive results, the scheduling process and overall customer service have been abysmal.
Today, I interacted with Jasmine, a representative from the customer service team, and her lack of empathy and unhelpful attitude made me question ever returning to this facility. The constant hurdles, delays, and lack of responsiveness have overshadowed the brilliance of the doctors.
It's with a heavy heart that I write this review. While the doctors are exceptional, I strongly advise against becoming a patient here due to the distressing customer service experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek alternative options where the doctors' exceptional skills are matched by competent and compassionate customer service.
In summary, the customer service at this dermatologist's office was terrible, despite the exceptional doctors. I will not be returning as a patient in the future.
Whenever I go here sth is lacking. The phone conversation for appointment scheduling is usually friendly. But, when you go there, often Dr.โs are uptight and hard to communicate or front desk is rude. Take it easy people, there are more important/critical fields.
Front desk service is rude and unprofessional despite having good doctors around here! Please consider improving the front desk service as the staffs there are not helpful or welcoming at all.
