2 months agoBe Awareโฆ The food quality is acceptable/good, delivery was quick - but the portions are like a baby size/sampler. I ordered online and it says one skewer beef Kabab $15 ( no rice, no bread, just the meat ), it came 5 pieces of very thin and small meat. Liver, kidney and heart Kababs - each skewer is like 3-4 bean size meat . You spend same amount of money at other Persian restaurants ( Shamshiri, Shiraz ) not only 2-3 people get full, you still will have leftovers.

4 months agoI have been a loyal customer at Denj for several years, visiting twice weekly with my family and generally enjoying their Persian cuisine. However, my positive experiences were overshadowed by an incident five years ago. I purchased four sandwiches, and one contained a foreign object resembling a string or hair. Concerned for our health and safety, I approached the situation by speaking directly with the owner's wife. Unfortunately, the response to my complaint was far from professional; I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. This experience was disheartening and led me to stop patronizing Denj. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this restaurant as the response to a genuine concern about food safety was handled poorly.
