Dr. Amjad Elmashala is a neurologist in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his medical degree from Al-Quds University and has been in practice between 6-10 years.
First class service all of the way! The doctors, the nurses, receptionists, etc. were a delight to be with. A tremendous faculty with wonderful people all around. Made my stay an absolute pleasure.
Only gripe is the workers at the food court, cafeteria. I never seen such attitude, lack of people skills and just no personality whatsoever. Whomever is behind the counter at the pizza spot shouldn't even be there. RBF the whole time, never said a word with her miserable self. Hate dealing with losers like that.
8 floor receptionist, Ms. Marta, is the most heartwarming individual I have ever met. Along with all the other receptionists, she sets the example of pure professionalism and she is an angel of humanity. I have been treated here for over 2 years andI look forward to my treatments due to courtesy and loving โค๏ธ ways. Being a registered nurse for nearly 40 years, I can say with conviction that she is my angel from heaven. I hope and wish all future patients experience the warm and love that she has extended to me.
MGH would benefit by having Covered Bicycle Parking for patients and visitors. Current bike rack is mediocre: impractical design, uncovered from snow/rain, too small, far from entrance. Plus, MGH should clear snow from it to make it safely accessible year-round. Plenty of space elsewhere in garage or under roofs to provide better bike parking near main entrance.
Very clean, FD reception seemed disengaged with diverse population coming into the building. Accompanied my best friend to cardiologist, no long wait. Staff seemed a little annoyed by a particular provider; discussions in waiting area. Friend suggested she's pleased with new recommended specialist.
