I was appalled by the lack of medical ethics that were demonstrated by the hospital staff. Throughout my sister's visit, her child was not treated with the care and compassion that they deserved. Instead, they were treated like an inconvenience, with little consideration given to their pain or distress. I was shocked by the lack of empathy shown by the staff, and the apparent disregard for the well-being of their patients. I feel that the quality of care provided by the Emergency Room at Stanford University Hospital is severely lacking. My sister's experience was one of long waiting times, inadequate treatment, and a complete lack of medical ethics. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of care that is provided to children in your emergency room. I can't believe a 3 year old for almost 6 hours without a doctor him.

I have worked here on the icu for 1 year, here’s my summary: Attention to detail and our ICU team’s ability to catch things before they go wrong is superior. The learning environment rivals any. And the care towards patients is outstanding in comparison to any hospital close by because the hospital is so well staffed with resources. Grateful for my experience here, it will be hard to beat. Cheers mate

Visited for a medical lab oratory appointment for our mother. Wonderful layout outside waiting near the water fountains, drinking coffee under a sunbrella, and some free snacks from Stanford guest services passed by in a push cart! Free shuttle to and from parking lot. Great environment for an educational, business, health and research complex!

Dr. Alan Malki has made some incredibly racist posts about Arabs on social media and I do not think it’s safe to allow him to perform heart surgery. I would caution against getting healthcare here if you have reason to worry about racial bias affecting you. I cannot believe his employer allows him to continue practicing medicine when he has openly expressed extreme biases that could direly affect outcomes for patients. It sets a very poor example for medical students besides.

I absolutely love Stanford, my first time here ever was in 1992 I love what they've done with all the building and the hospital grounds very refreshing I also love the fact that the doctor's work as a team. The cleanliness meets my expectations and the staff is absolutely 💯 the best! Service is excellent
