Better not to go if you are not Hispanic. I had scheduled my kids appointment for physical check up but the front desk lady canceled my appointment because, I was the only one with my four kids that i did not have additional mask for my self. It is so rude and I hope doctor Omaidvar teaches the front desk crew properly that they learn how to behave with patients and clients. It wasn't my first time facing with such a disgusting attitude.

This is the worst customer service I never experience. Dr need to talk to them. I try to make appointment for my kids they are sick with cold and flu symptoms about 2 days after they blocked me in the phone this is not right to do that for customers I been going there all the time dr’s are okay except the people who unswerving the phone and give appointment. I will never recommend

The customer service is terribly horrible, I have never come across such unpleasant and rude people, seriously, they are horrible people, the doctor is kind but his staff seems like they took the payment for the appointment, it is traumatic knowing that I have to go again, the most horrible thing that has happened to me is having a date in this place

The truth is, I feel very bad, I never thought I would receive this type of treatment, not wanting to take care of my daughter as if they were doing me a favor… the doctor didn't even bother to be able to check my daughter again to see that her tonsils are inflamed and It is not an allergy as she assumes, I just send her a medication that is not for her without asking or re-examining her and the treatment of the nurses, let alone the worst treatment. In any case, I am already filing a formal complaint. It cannot be that they treat us so wrong and they give us medications that do not correspond.
