Dr. Fateh Entabi MD

Just had my surgery to remove my gallbladder and the whole experience was great. The entire staff was amazing and truly made me feel as comfortable as I could be. The nurses and Dr. Entabi were truly helpful through my short stay. I will forever be grateful and thankful for the amazing support and experience they provided for me.

*Follow Up*. I called again and spoke to staff to ask basic question regarding referral process. This call was better, and more professional. Rosanna was polite and helpful and assisted with my questions and call ended well. Things do happen and going forward, I'm hoping my experience can continue this way. I called this office 5.31.24 and spoke to Rosana the Office Manager and she was so rude. I asked about rescheduling and she told me it would be next year. Then she hung up. I called back and she said I hung up but I didn't. This call was for my husband and she said she couldn't give me information, which i understood. She said he would need to get a referral if his visit was more than 6 months. I said it was probably Oct or Nov, she said he needs a new referral. I asked if he was seen this year, would he require one. She got smart and was rude , her response was, you just said Oct or Nov. I said yes I did, but not sure on date and she became rude again. I asked her to please be friendly and professional ( Dr Entabi recording states in his phone recording that his staff is Friendly and professional) and she said she didn't know why I had an attitude. I told her if I could explain because she talks over you and is super rude and she hung up. I called a third time and asked for her manager and she stated, she IS THE MANAGER, I asked who pays the bills, I need to complain to them. She said she couldn't give me information regarding my husband. I corrected her and said that my call was to file a complaint, nothing about my husband. She said I needed to contact Altura, I said no, I want to complain about her and her office. I asked for the Dr email. She then gave me the email and I told her I would file a complaint with Dr Entabi and Altura.

This Dr is Very I mean Very unprofessional and Rude ! I have developed a post op fever called many times and It went to voicemail I even left a voicemail nothing ! My clinic tried reaching out and voicemail as well for many days ! I had to go into a different hospital to get treatment for pain fever that was turning into a infection! This doctor should be reported!

Surgery went well, but only has one receptionist handling all the disability/paperwork, been off work for 6 weeks and out of savings cause Dr.Entabi said he wouldn't sign my disability until my follow up that they put out a month+. Now behind in bills and they had no Sympathy just smug remarks. Dr.Entabi didn't even look at the areas where he cut into me for the surgery to see how I healed. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Entabi was when my wife had a very serious appendicitis crisis in August 22, 2020. She was taken to the Tulare Hospital and because it was a weekend, we contacted Dr. Entabi, so he could come asap for the surgery. He performed the surgery, which was very well done, and took time to call me twice after the procedure to keep me posted on everything, once I couldn't have access to my wife at the hospital due to COVID protocol. Such a nice person, very clear and honest about the whole issue, a very good professional, whom I recommend.
