4 months ago๐ฃ April 28, 2024. One of my children remained in a waiting area and was neglected for over 7 hours at this hospital. Childrenโs National Hospital should change its name, because you are not a hospital for making my poor kid wait that long is not even humane. A kid, not an adult. Donโt bring your kids here ever, especially on a Sunday like we did, Chik~Fil~Aยฎ๏ธ has better service. I want my star back, your organization doesnโt deserve it. I even stopped by on limited time on 2 occasions only to see David and Raygan. I was told theyโve waited over an hour for medication to manage pain. Thanks, for not letting 7 hours pass like the initial visit, but why stop there. This place should be renamed Jack~In~The Boxโข๏ธ like the restaurant chain, except your place is a joke, sans clowns.

2 months agoGetting admitted was a great hassle as I waited over 24 hours to even get a bed. Later when I was given a room they were already behind on my tube feedings apparently? After that it was over all pretty good, I was there for about 10 days. The staff was pretty inconsiderate since they told me a was free to leave then they came and told me couldn't go due to insurance trouble. A doctor even laughed because I was crying over the fact they told me a had to stay yet another day. I don't think this place is bad but definitely consider other options before going.

a month agoThank you to their kind and compassionate team who made my babygirl feel comfortable throughout her time there. I will be going here if I ever have another ER. They have a dedicated team of people whose sole purpose is to help manage your child's anxiety not just during the exam but even in the waiting room. They are so attentive and joyous. Shoutout to Lanie. If you ever see this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have such a calming and happy spirit. you rock at what you do and we appreciate everything you did for my girl. Their whole team is awesome don't go any where else if you have a child ER!!

The PICU staff is simply amazing. This is the 3rd time we have had to come up here and every time has been great. We canโt say anything bad about this amazing hospital
