Dr. Gagik Khoylyan, MD

I have had all 3 of my children come to Dr Gagik Khoylyan. Even since his previous office. My oldest is now 11 years old and he has been his pediatrician since the day he was born. I am very comfortable with doctor ever since I became a new mom he has helped me with any questions I’ve had. He has referred me to several doctors over the past years & if I don’t like any of the doctors my insurance sends me too , he has no problem recommending a new one. All I have to do is ask. For emergencies I always take my children to urgent care or the emergency room since I know they have the proper resources there and will take better care of my children at the moment. If I need to follow up with my doctor , like they recommend, I call or explain my situation over the phone and they have no problem giving me an appointment as soon as they can. Sometimes there is a wait and I understand that so I make sure my schedule is clear that day and just worry about my appointment. Even with the language barrier I have never had any problems with the staff. I never leave the office with out an appointment and if I do because the appointment is so far ahead like for physicals , I always put it down on my personal calendar and make sure I’m always aware of my children’s appointments. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I really enjoy Doctor and all his staff

The staff in this office is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Not a single person offered a smile or a kind word, and it felt like they were constantly annoyed just by my presence. There was no effort to understand or assist in a compassionate way. This is by far the worst office experience I’ve had. I have been thinking of changing my children's primary for a while now, but after my last visit, I am 100% going to change it.

A professional doctor who explains everything in details. He is caring and very knowledgeable.Unlike other doctors, Dr. Khoylyan doesn’t send his NPs to examine the baby for the first time he does it on his own. I highly recommend him.

Went in to get my kid checked out worst experience ever. The doctors came out without taking a look at the child they immediately told me to sign some papers and ignored my concerns. I got yelled at, threatened, and kicked out. Worst place ever do not recommend.

I loved this office, great comunication, very sweet people, And One person in particular, Suren was very nice, he made many comments on task yet he was so sharp it made my day, 100% recommend!
