Dr. Gus Kalioundji, MD

What went well was my visit with Dr Gus Kalioundji. He is outstanding, he talked to me about my pain, he explained what was happening, he was encouraging and gave me hope. I thought I was going to have this pain in my back for the rest of my life. He explained what he could do and what my role would be, and it’s importance of being part of the solution. I am so grateful, he truly made me feel like he understood what I was experiencing. It was one of the best days of my life to hear that there is something I can do to help elevate this pain that I have been experiencing. I am grateful for him taking the time to explain things to me as he did. I feel like I have a plan and I know what I need to do. Dr. Kalioundji has already scheduled a follow up appointment with me to see how I am progressing. Very grateful over here!

He answered all the questions and explained everything about the findings and made me feel comfortable and confident and gave me lots of peace of mind and hope to a speedy recovery.

The previous review of the doctor being a emotionless robot is extremely accurate !! The doctor does not care about the patients health, well being or emotional stress. Patients are treated as numbers both by the doctor as well as his staff. He also thinks he is "better" than you because he is a doctor. Avoid this Doctor at all costs !!! Dont even know why Kaiser employs people with such apathy in a field that requires a human connection.
