I donโt know dental cleaning in this facility suddenly has different levels of the service like the car washing station (basic, deluxe and premium). I guess in the past, I always got the top of premium with the hygienist. Today, I had a very interesting experience with my teeth cleaning, which was done by the dentistโs son. Initially, he put on the wrong patientโs x ray, until myself noticed that it was not my teeth. Then he used the ultrasounic automatic teeth cleaning for my teeth. In less than 5 minutes, my teeth cleaning is done. There is no manual scraping and polishing. I guess I got the โbasic car washโ. However, I have my dental insurance, I am just curious to see how my insurance get charged, โ- I always love the doctor and his hygienist wife, but I just donโt what to say about his dentist son. โ- very disappointed experience today!
Great experience today! The staff and doctor are courteous and thorough. The dental assistant was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!
The staff at Cypress Dental were very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The doctor was patient with my elderly mother and took the time to explain x-rays and the plan for her dental work very thoroughly.
Very Rude doctor and the staff. If could have given I would have done that and I would never recommend anyone to this place. Very unprofessional behavior from the assistant and the doctor as well.
