a month agoI cannot explain how blessed I am with my experience here. I just delivered my little girl and everyone was amazing and so caring and kind. They took such great care of us both. All the nurses, doctors, midwives, pp nurses, students, registration, and room service and staff here are so welcoming!! I highly recommend coming here for any medical attention. You will love it here!!

a year agoOverall my first experiences at this hospital have been surprisingly good. I was able to secure and attend my first appointment at this hospital with my primary care team quickly despite obstacles on the phone to get established at this hospital at my new address. I parked at the ER area and took the wrong route to the hospital on my first day, but I was able to navigate the hospital to get to the correct location. I like how I was able to get almost everything done immediately: my appointment, pharmacy refill, medical records release forms, and address the doctors I needed for different ailments in one day. It took me six hours to get all this done at this hospital, since I arrived at my first appointment an hour early. Despite the hours spent here, it was quiet and peaceful - no lines or anxiety. This was the most ideal doctor and hospital visit I ever had. Peaceful, spacious and inviting lobby area, easy to locate appointment, gift shop, & pharmacy location, and a Starbucks on the third floor to enjoy iced coffee. It was easy finding the parking lot of the front of the hospital where the hospital's pharmacy is located. Going to the hospital and my first doctor appointments at a new address are always stressful to me due to numerous past experiences, so I was elated to finally have a good firsthand experience.

3 months agoI just love this hospital. Itโs everything I wish a hospital would be since it has a lot of commitment to the academic side of medicine, but it has so much heart to it. As soon as I walk in I feel very welcome, and the retired veterans working the doors and nurses administering the counters for each department have both the expertise AND the nurturing feels one would expect a nurse to have. I stopped by a department feeling unwell while volunteering, and because they are so used to processing soldiers who have severe neurological and PTSD symptoms they know how to just take over and be of assistance when someone looks unwell. Itโs so refreshing to see this side of medicine after being exposed to so many hospitals where they just want to collect money for doing nothing, medically gaslight, or discriminate. Iโm very happy to volunteer and assist this hospital as it provides the right kind of service without those issues. Iโm so shocked to see such a polarized set of reviews. Either people really loved it or they hated it. That goes to show how important synastry really is.

2 months agoI do not normally post complaints here however I am truly not satisfied. Went to ENT a month ago due to continuous sinus issues. There was an intern along with the regular Dr. The specialist was adamant I needed a nasal scan and allergy testing. I was put on 21 days of antibiotics and a streoid nasal rinse. I made a follow up appointment to do the nasal scan. I drove all the way here today only to be told I was having continuous sinus issues because I am allergic to grass. Added to that, now the nasal scan, which was the reason I came back, wasn't necessary now based on CT scans that were looked at during my first appointment. I questioned was that it and was told if I needed more help I needed to see an allergist. Was the scan really necessary the first time or was I going to be practice for the intern. It was a waste of my time to drive all the way here. I could have been told this on the phone. My issues have not been resolved so I will be seeing another doctor.
