3 years agoTwo stars because the receptionist is very efficient and kind. Dr Iskandar dismissed me from his service because I had a 9 minute telephone “appointment” with him. I called back a few days later and told the receptionist I felt like he didn’t listen/understand what I was saying. I was working in a covid ICU after months of agoraphobia and not working or leaving the house much. I was having a very hard time. I was reassured that Dr Iskandar wants to hear about things like this and she read me the message out loud before sending it to him. It was a polite message. A couple of hours later I received a call from the receptionist (?) Dr Iskandar released me from his service and said he did listen to me and they would send me a list of other psychiatrist. Oddly, a couple months later he ended up calling me for a random, made up appointment and left a message.
