a year agoI also feel the need to balance out the one star ratings here... I have been with Dr. A since here arrival, having been a long term patient of Prima Health previous to that transition. I have found her thoughful, responsive and caring. Good listener and great responsiveness. I am "getting old" and have had a couple fo "events" that required specialist treatment and I thought her referral and coordination support to be fine. If she is not available in an emergency, I have quickly been given alternatives (other docs with availability). My experiences have all been great.

2 years agoI rarely write reviews but I feel I need to help balance out what I am reading on here. I have been a regular patient of Dr. Aldahhan since she arrived at (then) Prima in Sausalito. I have never had anything close to a bad experience with her...be it in the office, online (Zoom) or through emails via My Chart. She is extremely thorough and from the first appointment I knew she had read my past history from the way she offered advice. I have had a couple of emergency situations which she handled immediately in a calm and professional manner. No matter how busy her schedule is I have never felt rushed during an appointment. Her suggested medication and/or treatment advice has always been judicious and, as a senior patient, I owe my current health substantially to her care.

11 months agoOutstanding care of my senior mother. Dr Aldahhan has been a very helpful resource to provide care for my mother, and has been compassionate along with very informational as we navigate aging parents.

3 years agoI brought my child in, just to check on an ear piercing, to be proactive. It was a little red, but nothing that we were overly worried about. It was going into a weekend, so we thought weโd just go in and see if we needed a different cleaning solution or salve. My child had waited two years, earned all As and worked as a camp counselor to show they were responsible before getting their ears pierced. She did nothing to help but say โkeep it clean โ, which my child had been absolutely diligent about. Then, she removed the earring!!! Everyone knows that you do not remove a new ear piercing!! She couldnโt get it back in and just casually put the removed earring in their hand. Mind you, she knew all that had gone I to getting their ears pierced, because she explicitly asked them. My child was absolutely devastated. It took hours to calm them down enough to try to put the earring back into the ear. We were able to do it while irritating the ear so much more. Several weeks later, it is all fine, but her care was uninformed, uncaring and caused severe and undo stress. This was VERY basic care and it was poor, at best. I cannot imagine if there were really something wrong with my child.

2 years agoThe absolute worst doctor. SHOULD BE DISBARRED!!! Does not care about patients- left for a month on โvacationโ without tending to my dying father/ setting up care. Does not call back or respond to emails. Absolutely horrible- the entire office let a 81 year old man fall through the cracks and suffer. Unprofessional and avoid at all costs!!
