Dr. Omar Sudqi

Jessica the receptionist was very rude on more than one occasion. My 1st appointment was rescheduled after my arrival without explanation. The following appointment She rudely told me to sit down without a greeting. I told her I felt like she was being rude and she did not acknowledge my statement and began to talk to her co workers in Spanish. They began to laugh amongst oneanother. I was then told that there was no doctor on staff for my appointment. When I inquired as to why there was no doctor she said "I have no answer for you" at this point I asked for her name and I told her I will be putting in a formal complaint about her treatment of me as a customer. She appeared to be please that I would be inclined to do so. The ongoing unprofessional attitude towards me I believe is racial discrimination against me as a person. I will no longer use Western Dentals services from here on out.

Olga was very great! She made me feel very comfortable with my X-rays! So welcoming! So glad she was here ! Definitely a great experience because of her !

I been coming here for some time now I first came in for general dentistry had no issues then later on I came back for braces. Christian at the front desk has been so amazing over the past few years. He always hears out my concerns and I absolutely adore the rest of the ortho staff especially dr Kim who is fixing my smile! they are all so helpful and caring!

I always have a great visit at Western Dental. Today I had to wait like almost an hour to be seen for xrays. I'm not sure what happened. My appointment was at 12 noon. I was seen 10 minutes before 1pm. Other than that things r good.

Definitely do not recommend. I came for a regular checkup and cleaning and arrived an hour early to my appointment to assure everything was filled out and I was seen on time. My appointment was at 10:30, I was not seen until 10:55. All the standard xrays and photos were taken and I was waiting for a cleaning only to be told at 11:45 that it would be an additional 30-45 minute wait. I did not have time and had to reschedule, so I left at almost noon with no work done or an explanation as to why this happened.
