a year agoI initially visited this clinic for cosmetic reasons on my legs. Dr. Raffi suggested endovenous laser ablation for my right great saphenous vein and perforator as a potential solution. So that's what was done. However, a year after the procedure, I'm deeply disappointed with the outcome and the doctor's response. While I understand that medical procedures come with risks, I believe it's important to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Despite following post-op instructions, including wearing compression stockings and walking as recommended, I continued to experience persistent tightness and discomfort in my leg. In my desperation for answers and relief, I repeatedly reached out to the clinic, hoping to get some guidance or assistance in scheduling a follow-up. When the doctor finally agreed to see me again, he expressed doubts about my concerns, suggesting that there is an exaggeration. This lack of empathy and willingness to listen to my persistent discomfort was disheartening. So, I sought a second opinion and was diagnosed with nerve damage. My leg has yet to fully recover, and I am still dealing with ongoing discomfort and tightness in my leg to this day. Dr. Raffi and his staff never proactively reached out to check on my progress or inquire about my well-being. That's truly disappointing.
