2 months agoItโs sometimes difficult to make an appointment because itโs hard to get a hold of a representative at times. But I must admit that I completely love my daughterโs Pediatrician Dr. Saini. She is great. She did the most for our baby when she had jaundice, & she did everything she could to help her get better. Even at her check ups, she has always been helpful. I donโt really like Drโs, or medical practitioners, but I can say Iโm highly impressed with Saini. She is the only reason why I stay at Valencia Pediatrics.

11 months agoAvoid This Practice - Poor Communication and Dismissive Attitude I regrettably must express my dissatisfaction with the services provided at Rainilda Valencia, MD. The overall experience was marred by a terrible lack of communication and an alarming dismissal of parental concerns. From the very start, the reception staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive. Their lack of courtesy and failure to communicate essential information regarding appointments and procedures was appalling. It felt like pulling teeth to get a clear answer or any assistance. What truly exacerbated this ordeal was the front staff's dismissive attitude towards my concerns as a parent. Despite my persistent efforts to communicate the health issues my child was facing, I was met with condescension and a blatant disregard for my observations. It was as if my input as a concerned parent held no value in their diagnostic process. This negligent behavior is not what one expects when seeking medical advice and treatment for their loved ones. I strongly caution any parent considering this practice for their child's healthcare needs to reconsider. The lack of professionalism, coupled with the blatant disregard for parental concerns, makes this practice unfit to provide adequate medical care. I would not recommend Rainilda Valencia, MD to any parent seeking compassionate, attentive, and reliable healthcare for their children.

2 years agoI wish that I could leave this doctor and her office no stars. I had a baby 4 months ago and missed our appointment with the pediatrician after coming home from the hospital, due to complications that I was dealing with. The doctor's office decided that 3 1/2 months after missing this appointment that they were "concerned" for a baby that they had never seen and never met. They filed a CFS report against me for severe neglect, stating that my baby was severely malnourished and believed to be dying. The CFS worker came to my house with a car seat ready to take my child and explained to my husband and I that the way the report was filed she thought she was coming to find a dying baby who was skin and bones. She ended up leaving after seeing our healthy and happy, smiley baby and seeing a happy, loving, healthy home, stating that she wasn't a doctor but could see that our baby was healthy and well taken care of. The doctor's office falsified a report and added information that was not true after never even having met my daughter. This came as a huge surprise as this office has been my older child's doctor for 15 years. The doctor's office claimed that they had tried to get ahold of me on several occasions and that I was avoiding their calls. However, I have been in to the office with my older daughter a few times since and have had at least 3-4 conversations by phone with them in the last couple of months. This office also fails to follow insurance policies that state that they are not allowed to charge clients for paperwork to be filled out and will charge patients anyway claiming that it is their office policy. I do not recommend this doctor and am extremely disgusted with the lies that they put out about a child they have never met. If you have a choice to go anywhere else, make sure you do. If your insurance places you with this doctor, run!

2 years agoVery thorough Pediatrician but impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Their paging service is always on all day. No way to leave a message and I tried going on their website and their page freezes or doesn't give you the option to select an option to send your message. Their staff never answers or they send you on a run around in person to schedule an appointment.
