2 months agoIf I could give no stars I would … GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK horrible at communication all of them had us waiting outside of in rain for over 1 hour both my daughters got hand feet and mouth disease 🦠 did this office care NOPE had us waiting with all the other patients…. As for the dr he keeps prescribing my 1 year old with all these steroids for asthma when not once did he ever check to X-ray his lungs 🫁 till I requested now sending my son and daughter to Childers hospital….. this place is ridiculous….. we will be leaving this office

8 months agoI’m writing this review just based on my experience today. We’re a military family just moved here from out of state. I was super excited for my family to see Dr. Elias after reading the wonderful reviews about his office. When I called to set up appointments I asked if the office is accepting new patients and made sure they’re in network with my insurance. I explained I have three children who I would like to set up future appointments for. With no explanation, the front office said “please hold”. the phone rang a couple times and went to voicemail. Not sure if that’s normal protocol, but it seemed like she was annoyed and didn’t want to schedule/setup appointments. It would have been nice if she explained she needed to transfer me to someone who can help me.

a year agoMy husband & I are extremely happy with Dr. Elias! Since the first time we met him he made us feel comfortable as new parents. Since then, every single visit with our baby boy has been satisfying. He always answers all of our questions, takes the time to speak with us about anything related to our baby and he always gives us peace of mind. The staff is also very friendly & professional. We 100% recommend Dr. Elias & the staff! Thank you

10 months agoWe've been with Dr. Elias for over a year and we have no complaints. He will treat your children like his own and try to give them the best experience ever at the Doctors. He's mindful of creating an stress-free environment and making it as comfortable for your child as possible. He’s very kind and has a great personality including wonderful staff! Overall had the best experience here!
