5 months agoBe prepared to wait 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Hiba. HES WORTH THE WAIT. This man doesn't just treat patients he SAVES LIVES! Just bring a good book to read, get comfortable and block out 4 hours of your day. How long would you be willing to wait to see a doctor that not only had the knowledge, experience and expertise to save your life? He treats every patient like a member of his family.

in the last weekDoctor was a "no show" for 2 of my appointments. And 1 appointment I arrived for he wasn't even there yet at 1pm, I was told after waiting 30 mins that he "was on the way". Ridiculous, disrespectful, inconsiderate to say the least. I will never return.

a year agoApproximately Four years ago Dr. Hiba saved my Life at the Bayfront Hospital, Brooksville . Since then he is the most competent and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever met! He takes time to speak with my wife Lisa and ensures she knows all that's going on. Yes, you may wait in waiting room a tad but TRUST me...it's all worth It! Dr. Hiba even shares personal stories that make him so real and caring. He's like a relative you absolutely love and can't wait to see again. Thanks Dr. Hiba & Staff and I'll be seeing you in May/June 2023. Blessings from the Beaverson's (Thomas & Lisa).

3 years agoThey make it easy, call my primary care and got it approved with my insurance. And they gave me a private waiting room when I asked. Good job!

a year agoI am very disappointed with this office. I made an appointment in March, and the earliest appt at that time was for June. So I made the appt. I called the day before the appt to confirm. I was told that my appt was canceled because they do not accept my insurance anymore. But they did not attempt to notify me. I was told they did, but there was no record of that call on my phone or even a note on my chart. So, I waited 3 months for nothing. When I asked when they stopped accepting Aetna, the response was a few weeks ago or maybe a month. This is healthcare.
