3 months agoOverall I had an excellent experience with Boston Vision Brookline Office. I was well taken care of, I did not wait to long and they were efficient with their process giving me trust in their team as a whole. Every doctor I met with was knowledgeable and experienced. The rest of the staff were all excellent in their craft, it is truly a well tuned machine. Dr Melki was great, the surgery was seamless and I will forever be one of the "I wish I had done it sooner" club members. Thank you to everyone over at Boston Vision!

3 months agoI had an incredible experience with Boston Vision for my LASIK procedure. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The surgery was quick and painless, and the advanced technology they use. My vision is now perfect, and the recovery was smooth and well-supported. I highly recommend Boston Vision for anyone considering LASIK!

3 months agoI had an excellent experience with LASIK. The staff was extremely helpful and comforting throughout the entire process. The procedure itself took about 10 minutes and I was in and out of the office in 2 hours. Iโve worn contacts for over 10 years and have suffered from dry eye. Going into the procedure, I was very nervous that my eyes would be much drier after the surgery. Surprisingly that wasn't the case at all. I did experience some burning, blurriness, and tearing immediately after the surgery, but took some extra strength Tylenol right away. When I woke up from the 4 hour nap my vision was pretty clear and there was no pain whatsoever. I spent most of that day napping or with my eyes closed. For the first few days, I used the artificial tears religiously every hour or two. My vision seemed nearly perfect within a day or so. When I went for my 3 day follow up I had 20/15 vision. Itโs such a great feeling to wake up every day with perfect vision and not have to put contacts in. Iโm truly amazed. My only regret is that I did not get LASIK sooner. Highly recommend Boston Vision. Thank you Dr. Melki!

3 months agoThe team at Boston Vision in Brookline, MA, was professional from the moment I walked in the door. The free consultation was thorough, and I was given time to speak with the doctor about LASIK in detail and ask numerous questions; I never felt rushed. As a surgeon myself, I was terrified of anything going wrong with my eye surgery - my eyes are my livelihood! I left the consultation feeling informed, comfortable and ready to schedule the surgery. The procedure itself seems like it's over before it starts. The eye pressure from the machine is uncomfortable, but it only lasts about 30 seconds. For the ride home from the procedure, my eyes were very teary and stinging, but after a 4-hour nap, all of the discomfort was gone. The eye drop routine is super manageable, and I couldn't believe how well I was seeing the night following the surgery. I'm 6 days postoperative, and my eyes feel completely back to normal. I have to keep reminding myself that I don't have to take my contacts out at the end of the day. 10/10 would recommend Boston Vision for LASIK.

4 months agoI felt like I was a test subject rather than a patient because I kept getting whisked from test to test and multiple team members kept coming by to shine bright lights in my eyes several times without much explanation as to what was happening. I also was told one set of things about my condition and its treatment that was contradicted moments later by Dr. Melki. I was asked to participate in a study and I agreed but they never return my calls. Would not recommend.
