Trying to get an appointment at their oral maxillofacial department is a nightmare. Called their office multiple times trying to get an appointment after being referred to them. Got 3+ different answers from different people as to whether it would be covered under medical or dental insurance and whether they accepted my insurance. On top of that I was trying to email in my referral form and was given an incorrect email address which I then tried to confirm several times after the email didn’t go through. No one I confirmed with actually listened to the address I was reciting to tell me I had an extra letter in it. Very poor office staff. Obviously they don’t care about providing care only about being able to bill an insurance company. I’d recommend Fresno Oral Maxillofacial Surgery instead

I have cancer and come to the university medical infusion center, I always make my appointments on time or am earlier but they never get me in for at least 15 to 30 minutes, while in the back it takes another 30 minutes to an hour before I get my meds to get started. I don't understand why it takes so long. 1.5 hours to 2 hours before I get started.

They always mess up my medication and appointments. They don’t communicate with insurance companies and customers service is very poor, they act like they are doing you a favor.

When is Fresno going to have its own UC campus? It’s about time we build one. UCSF of Fresno? What the heck is that?
