The phlebotomist (Queen) is so rude and disrespectful to the patients. Every time I have to visit the lab for any reason, she looks annoyed and speak to the patients so rude, she doesn’t have professionalism for working in a doctor’s office. My last visit at Dimock was today, I was in the waiting area since 4:00 pm waiting for a problem with my lab order to be solved (she saw me all the time while I was there), once I received my order, it was 4:55 pm (the lab close at 5:00 pm) she told me she was no going to take more patients because she was tired, that she saw 40 patients by herself during the day and is not going to take 1 more, not even because I was waiting for a while. This is not the first time that I have had an issue with her and her attitude. Definitely I am going to change my pcp in order to not going there anymore.

The deal with so much addiction problems they start to act like everyone else is an addict. They never answer the phones takes weeks for them to call back. Doctors don’t care to listen to your problems at all!

I'm giving 2 stars for the pediatrician and the mat program. I would not get a primary care here. They don't treat you well here. I have been coming here for about 6 years and I'm changing my doctor.

Since penny outlaw can’t return calls I guess Ill write 1% on what I have to say before dimock sues me but appearently they got a stupid lying supervisors that can’t keep staffs but they’re own kind of people (Spanish) and for Mr Charles Anderson MD take charge of your place!!!

I go to the dentist there and staff and professionals are amazing, don’t have anything bad to say about them
