Dr. Waseem N. Ibrahim, MD

This guy is a joke. I have seen him twice and gotten nothing helpful from him in diagnosing and treating my neuropathy. Was scheduled to see him for a third time today and they had no record of my appointment even though I had received text reminders about it. Took me two months to get this appointment and 45 minutes to drive there for nothing AGAIN!! Don’t waste your time with him. He just peddles meds and hasn’t got a clue how to address and treat the problem. Stay away!!!

The simple expression that could describe Dr. Waseem is that he is a genius, a miracle & a man of God. He had been recommended by a mutual friend to treat my sister in law who is living in Louisville, Kentucky and had been facing serious neurological symptoms. All the doctors in Louisville failed to treat her. When she first visited Dr. Ibrahim's office, we were very well treated. All the team is extremely professional. Just even less than two month of treatment, the miracle happened and my sister in law started improving. I cannot describe my appreciation & gratitude to Dr. Ibrahim and all the team. Thanks a million for all your support. Much appreciated !!

Doctor Waseem is one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever seen. He takes care of his patients really well. I’m so happy with my final results after seeing him. The staff members in the office are very nice and friendly. I strongly recommend this entire team as they are amazing and heroes. Thank you for all that you do.

Mary was great but she is gone. They are now the world’s worst! Very rude. The new PA was uninformed of my issues. I walked out on her and made appointment with Dr. (who I have never seen in 5 years!) I received a call the next day kicking me out of their office because the PA was butt hurt that I walked out on her. They then played games with my meds. Didn’t sign the prescription the didn’t get preauthorization. Caused me to miss doses!

This place has really went downhill since Mary left! My daughter had an appointment at 4:45 and I called the office letting them know that we are going to be late. The office staff said that she couldn't transfer me and that we should be okay. We get there after driving from Perris to Riverside in horrible 5pm traffic. I get in just as their clock said 4:57. The lady said that they only had a 15 minute late policy. I said, we made it. My phone says 4:59pm and your clock says a couple minutes before 5pm. We are within the 15 minutes and the worker tells me that their clock is wrong!!! Then why even have it on the wall?? What happened to the 15 minutes policy?! Do you guys realize that gas is almost $6.00 a gallon?!! Very unprofessional! Shame on you worker!
