7 months agoThis guy is a joke. I have seen him twice and gotten nothing helpful from him in diagnosing and treating my neuropathy. Was scheduled to see him for a third time today and they had no record of my appointment even though I had received text reminders about it. Took me two months to get this appointment and 45 minutes to drive there for nothing AGAIN!! Donโt waste your time with him. He just peddles meds and hasnโt got a clue how to address and treat the problem. Stay away!!!

a year agoThe simple expression that could describe Dr. Waseem is that he is a genius, a miracle & a man of God. He had been recommended by a mutual friend to treat my sister in law who is living in Louisville, Kentucky and had been facing serious neurological symptoms. All the doctors in Louisville failed to treat her. When she first visited Dr. Ibrahim's office, we were very well treated. All the team is extremely professional. Just even less than two month of treatment, the miracle happened and my sister in law started improving. I cannot describe my appreciation & gratitude to Dr. Ibrahim and all the team. Thanks a million for all your support. Much appreciated !!

2 months agoOffice staff is horrible and don't answer the phones. The doctor doesn't call back and I can't get my prescriptions.

2 years agoDoctor Waseem is one of the most amazing doctors Iโve ever seen. He takes care of his patients really well. Iโm so happy with my final results after seeing him. The staff members in the office are very nice and friendly. I strongly recommend this entire team as they are amazing and heroes. Thank you for all that you do.

3 years agoMary was great but she is gone. They are now the worldโs worst! Very rude. The new PA was uninformed of my issues. I walked out on her and made appointment with Dr. (who I have never seen in 5 years!) I received a call the next day kicking me out of their office because the PA was butt hurt that I walked out on her. They then played games with my meds. Didnโt sign the prescription the didnโt get preauthorization. Caused me to miss doses!
