3 months agoI do not live at this building, but it is managed by Century Elite 21. For the last 3 going on 4 weeks a mattress and other random broken furniture have been outside of this building. Multiple calls have been made to have the furniture removed as it is an eyesore to their own property and the neighboring properties. The last call that was made, led to me being hung up on by whoever the admin was that answers the phones. The lack of professionalism in the office seems to align with the lack of care to the assets they manage.

6 months agoDonโt rent from these people. Rudy hosta is a slumlord who will do nothing except rip you off. Even if you are in an unsafe living situation he will gaslight you and tell you to โstay in a hotelโ. He has his friends and family doing the cleaning and maintenance so fully expect they will keep all your deposit and then some when you move out. The charges included $450 to touch up paint on the walls $200 for a towel rod that was broken and held up with caulking when I moved or $250 for a toilet, also broken at move in.

5 years agoPlease donโt use this company. They will take your application fee and you would not hear back from them. The agent told me that he will call me back and never did and would not respond to calls or messages. Called the office as well but they told me they would not give me any information and i should contact the agent. I am glad i found a better place for my dad in law because if they provided this absolute worst service in the application process, i am not sure what will they do if i actually rented from them and something serviced. I recommend everyone to stay away.

a year agoDid not want to help me and didnโt want my business. They acted like I didnโt matter. Also tried to increase the price of the rental on me. I offered to take the house for the full advertised price and they said no.
