Ramy is a very good agent. He knows the market in and out and is always spot on with his estimates of price a house would sell for. He was able to formulate strategies for every property I bid for and always planned for different scenarios. I was a first time buyer and had a lot of concerns and constraints going into purchasing a home in Bay Area where buying a home seemed like a dream. He was patient enough to work with me, listen to my rants about homes and prices and encouraged me through every step in the process. First of all budget is limited and you always want something better than you can afford. He was willing to enquire about the properties even when they were out of range, but always had a fair idea what each property would go for and never hesitated in pursuing properties if I was interested in one. I was able to discuss all my concerns with him and he acted more like my advisor rather than only an agent. I highly recommend him because he always had my best interests in his mind and worked tirelessly until I got a home for my family that too below asking price. I also have a life long friend who I can reach out anytime for any home improvement projects.

I have been a licensed real estate agent/broker in California for seven years, so you'd think I would sell my own home, but because my family was moving out of state, I needed to have a local agent take care of the sale after I left. The escrow process was stressful because the buyer and the other agent kept missing deadlines and not providing us with information we needed, but Ramy was in constant contact with us and stayed on top of them daily to get the job done. He did such a great job that I've asked him to sell my dad's house as well, and I will recommend him to anyone who needs real estate expertise in the Bay Area (now that I'm no longer working in the area)!
