If I could give 0 stars I would. Diana the referral coordinator is super nice and efficient don’t know why she’s here. Dr. Shanouda is very nice too but you don’t always see him. NP Mena doesn’t know what she’s doing she will always say “you’re not my patient why are an I seeing you?”. Lucy the receptionist is very rude and will hang up on you if she doesn’t like you. How do you get on her bad list by asking questions and advocating for yourself or a love one. DO NOT COME HERE if you’re looking for friendly staff or quality care.

I was there this Friday October 25 th . I didn’t like this female doctor at all , looks from Middle East skinny mature lady I don’t know her name but she’s so unprofessional and rude . I have been visiting this clinic for about 7 years because I always see the Asian female doctor super professional and nice , but this was a really bad experience with this other lady , she said to me figured what you will do it’s your problem . That’s mean ………..

If I could I’d do no stars. What’s the point of asking your doctor questions when all they’re going to say is, “Google search it, I don’t know what you’re asking me.” If you're sitting there with your mouth open, my thoughts exactly! I asked about stem cells for my knee problems and she had no idea what I asked and answered to look it up on google. I also was concerned about my neck because there was a suspected mass. I asked for an MRI referral of my upper cervical and when I went to go get my scans, the order was wrong and instead they scanned my brain. It’s been now 3 months and I still have yet to know if it’s cancer or not. Now I’m paying out of pocket and having to go get the correct scans because my PRIMARY DOCTOR doesn’t know how to put in the correct order. Thank you for putting my health in jeopardy!

Very bad . I made an appointment on the date of Nov/ l19/20 and they called me on the same day and they postponed the appointment for my children to the date of Dec/1/2020. I called in the morning to confirm my arrival for the appointment, after I arrived at the appointment and waited 20 minutes. We did not see any sterilizers inside the clinic and there was no ventilation under covid19 conditions. Another employee called us and said we do not receive your children. So ask why she said there is another doctor who is receiving your children. You should call him and set a new appointment. After waiting a month and delay. There is no efficiency, no respect, no cleanliness, very, very bad

I used to like this doctor , not anymore , they’re very very unprofessional as well the doctors . They don’t see the patients they do consultations through the phone , where they can’t see, so they cant understand your concerns and conditions . I called for an appointment 2 days ago the lady didn’t give me a day not time , she was like we will call you Thursday or tomorrow . the lady in front didn’t give me a time for this I was working waiting for this call, she called me today said doctor was contacting me within two hours,I waited all day long , finally they called . I spoke to this female doctor who was In charged 02/16/2023, at 3:39 pm .I explained her my conditions she supposed was prescribing something that doesn’t help I tried this before, but unfortunately they don’t have the time to speak and have a good understanding. they can’t give me a dithagnostic through the phone . Till now 3 hours later waiting for medication they didn’t send it to the pharmacy. Clearly not today it’s almost 7: pm , I needed assistance.. I’ve sick for 2 weeks now this is not a waiting till they want to take care of me . Allergies at night kills me , they asphyxiate me.
