I help home buyers reach their goal by offering the
following:

· Connecting home buyers
with the right verified professionals in many fields, starting with lenders who
can facilitate getting pre-approval for home mortgage. Then home inspectors, Real
Estate attorneys, surveyors, appraisers, contractors, builders, cleaners and
many other pros in each field needed.

· Explaining the contracts
and what it means to have a buyer’s agent, and explain the contracts and the
home purchase offer agreement with each contingency needed. So this way home
buyers are informed about what they are signing and how each section affect the
transaction.

· Discuss buyers needs in
their future home, find the criteria and search the MLS for listings that match
their needs.

· I offer private showings
for the home that my buyers would like to see. The home will be booked
privately and my home buyers will be able to tour the homes conveniently and
privately without the need to run to track open houses or call anyone else to
allow them to see each house.

· When touring a home I
will be vigilant for any red flags that might indicate defects in a home. I
will point out the new improvements the home offers and what it lacks so you
are able to make an informed decision about the listing.

· Shopping for the right
home can take one day or multiple months, depending on the buyers’ needs,
sometimes they find their dream home quickly and sometimes we have to wait
until the right home pops up. I will be committed to help you and keep you
informed and educate you on how the market is changing throughout the year.

· Once you are interested
in offering a home purchase offer on a listing, I will guide you through the
legal documents and explain it section by section and make sure to answer any
questions you have.

· Next we will negotiate
with the other side the terms of the contract, what is accepted and what needs
adjustments, and once we have a full agreement we will ratify the contract.

· After that I will guide
you to the next steps, whether it is a home inspection, home appraisal,
financing contingency, or other contingencies.

The above step is different from transaction to another,
and it is never the same. Each transaction have its own obstacles and issues
that we have to resolve. Sometimes it is simple and sometime it is complex. My
job is to try to represent your best interest in this transaction and
facilitate it in a way that will help you reach your goals.

* Lastly, once we have passed through all items of the
contract, we will schedule closing. We will meet with your closing attorney and
you will have one more chance to verify the numbers, go through all the
paperwork page by page and sign it with your attorney and ask any questions to
your trusted real estate attorney.
