a week agoI wanted to bring something to share for a friend’s birthday, so I came across this place. They had a lot of options, so I picked a platter and easily checked out. The staff was really kind. A few friends later commented on how good the sweets were and asked where I got them. It was my first time there, but I'll definitely go back—high quality and not expensive!

2 months agoI called the shop to ask a couple of questions about the pastries, and the guy could not have been more helpful. He answered all my questions, and I left with a beautiful tray of baklava!

5 months agoWonderful selection of middle eastern foods and bakery items! The falafel, even cold, was great! I often get a tray of sweets for family events and its always a favorite! Olives and feta at great prices! I highly recommend stopping in and getting some treats! Family owned for over 30 years, too! Love supporting family owned businesses in Chicago!

3 months agoSome really solid baked goods here and decent prices. I didn't love my falafel, but the baklava and such were all very good. I would definitely go back!

10 months agoSomeone posted on FB that kufiya's could be found here. So I went with my daughter and had a lovely experience. There was so much stuff I love to eat in here! Nuts, dried fruit, fresh delicious baklava, & pickled turnips. And they have my favorite soap made in Palestine (it's in the back section of the store.) The men inside were very welcoming and helpful. My husband is now in love with their fresh ground coffee. Wish I knew about this place sooner. I must have passed it a million times. An a frame sidewalk sign or something the cars can see and this place will be packed.
