We recently hosted a party at Flame International, and it was an absolute success! From the very beginning, the team at Flame International was incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make our event special. I was very disappointed with the customer service—it was terrible. I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere else. First, the waiter overfilled my glass and ended up spilling the drink on my friend’s clothes. Then, they didn’t have menus available; instead, they just listed a few options, and we had to choose between only three dishes. I asked three different waiters for a container, and it took about 45 minutes to get one. To make matters worse, the next day I woke up with a stomachache and nausea—I got food poisoning. The management was awful, and I believe they need a new manager. This was my first and last time there. My recommendation: don’t waste your money. There are better restaurants out there.
