a month agoI have been coming here for a few years. The last couple times service has been absolutely terrible. Do not come here. Go elsewhere. First incident, it took 20 minutes for them to ask what we wanted to drink or have for hookah. Throughout the night had to constantly flag down the waiter to ask about our drink refills. Todayโs incident: Again, took about 15-20min from the time we got seated for them to check on us. We asked for coals and it took 30 minutes for them to come by. I have already brought this terrible service to their attention but they seem like they donโt care. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. Service sucks.

5 years agoWalked in to a somewhat empty restaurant. Employees watched as we wondered around trying to figure out where we go to be seated because nothing was clearly marked. The food however was fantastic and I highly recommend the steak and fries!

a month agoI gotta call the president himself to get some coals around here. $200 for two subpar hookahs and a bite to eat. $26 gratuity for non-existent service is wild..

3 years agoWaited an hour for the food and it was overcooked and soaked in dressing. The hookah they took 45 minutes to bring out and never changed the charcoal even though I asked no less than 10 times for more charcoal. I regret going back to this place it has turned into an absolute disaster from a customer service and quality standpoint. This is no way to treat a customer and shrug it off when I complain about how bad the service is. There is definitely a lot of improvement in service. Had to revise.
