7 months agoNever work with Elizabeth Petters! I worked with her to get a place rented. Basically when i moved out . She told me that the reason my deposit was being hold was because i did not do a โprofessional cleaningโ that is no where in the contract and her and the landlord worked together to steal from me! I asked her and her landlord for pictures and they have not provided them. Elizabeth was so rude she even said โ i dont know what you dont understand im not your realtorโ really? You are nice and all to take the money but then you clean your hands when its about things like this

8 months agoSTAY AWAY FROM ROD BOSTIC!! We were working together on an off market property and he lied and misrepresented his buyer throughout the entire process. He assured he had a buyer for my property and in realty was a wholesaler. Even though the contract did not allow it, he told the buyer that they did not have to submit earnest money and could assign it whenever they wanted too. Eventually I spoke with his buyer and she claimed he never told her any of the potential risks and she is now facing legal action. Not only blew up a deal by lying but cost his client a lawsuit. BAD BUSINESS

3 years agoI canโt speak highly enough of Darcy Ennis as our real estate agent. She is the best!!! Darcy was helped like no other agent has in my experience renting in Orlando, FL. Where it take days to hear back from realtors, she has responded within minutes. During negotiations we always felt like she had our best interest in mind. Darcy is the first on my contacts list the next time I rent or purchase a house. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

5 years agoJolie is a World Class Realtor and blew me and my wife away with her skills. She came highly recommended from a trusted friend who knew we were in the market for both a used and new home. Our friend reminded us: "Hey, did you know you can and should use a Realtor when buying a home from a Builder?" Boy was she ever right. We had no idea a Realtor could be a huge Value Add when buying a new construction home. *Never* use a Builder's on-site Realtor. Contact Jolie before you ever walk on-site to a new subdivision or be prepared to be robbed and claimed as the Builder's rep prospect; some Builders will still let you have Jolie represent you even if you've already visited--again, contact her and *ask*. She'll be on it. We have experienced Jolie: * Knock 40% off the price of a Builder home by rapidly inspecting the Design Center Upgrades list on an Inventory home and called B.S. on at least half a dozen items * Negotiate hard with a Builder who was hell bent on not negotiating. She got us a free beautiful new fridge, free blinds in *all* windows (great time saver on move-in), and a free washer and dryer. May not sound like much. But trust me. With this particular builder / subdivision phase? She got the max any Realtor could have gotten. * Knock 10K off the price of our Inventory home. Again, from a Builder / subdivision in a highly desirable area of Horizon West who practically refuses to negotiate unless you build "from dirt." She's kind, funny, professional, has a great game face, and is a formidable adversary. You want Jolie on *your* side of the table as she has Ninja-class Realtor negotiating skills, a strong poker face, has a highly tuned B.S. detector (builders often are fluid with the truth), and will spot nearly every defect she sees in a used or new home. She deserved every penny (and more) of the commission she received from the Builder when we bought our new home this July of 2019. Thanks Jolie! You had our backs from beginning to end, were extremely patient, and taught my wife and I a *lot* about Real Estate, Negotiation, Builder sneaky practices, and so much more. I wouldn't hesitate to use her as a Listing Agent should we ever want to sell our home. And woe to Buyers Agents who would have to negotiate with Jolie. Again, stellar performance. Friendly to you--formidable and Superhero like vs. all opponents. :-) Words fail from here on. So over and out.
