Hadeel Ammari Realtor. Hadeel and her team provided us exceptional support throughout our home selling process Starting with letting us know what to expect (since we were 1st-time sellers) -to- being on top of all the paperwork -to- being super responsive at every step in ensuring there was no unnecessary delay, Hadeel is the agent you want in your corner who has your best interest highest in her mind. She also operates with total integrity which we greatly appreciate! There were a couple of times during the closing process when some confusion had the potential to slow the closing timeline. Hadeel was superb in proactively communicating everything to us and requesting our help where appropriate to help unblock the process. We closed exactly on the timeline we hoped for! Furthermore, you want an agent who works hard to get you the best price. Hadeel helped us increase the final sales price based on late-breaking info/research she received during the offer process All in all, we highly recommend Hadeel, Vinicius, Neil and the rest of the team at Keller Williams! You cannot go wrong with this winning team!

FSBO before Harvey Young or Keller Williams. Absolutely the laziest and worst realtor I’ve ever worked with. It took him over six weeks from getting the keys to have our house on the market, and then failed to response to feedback over the open houses. This combination cost me a minimum of 10% of the overall house value on what we had to accept, since we missed the summer sales season and rates went up the whole time we were waiting for him to list the house. He’ll never let a text do when he could keep you on the phone for a half hour instead. He talks a great game, but just can’t deliver. I have never in my life lost more money because of the (in)action of a single person. Avoid at all costs.

I've had the opportunity to Work with Rick Chang on several of his transactions over the last several years. Rick is very experienced and knowledgeable, also great at getting clients into contract in a very competitive market. This cannot be said for a lot of the agents I have had experienced- many agents flounder with the offer process and are not nearly as efficient as Rick in getting the deal to work for both parties. I would recommend him to any serious buyers or sellers in the Peninsula looking for a great agent.

This review is for the agent of this service, Jessie Lin: Jessie Lin was my buyer agent, I am not happy with her service. I am new to Bay area. My friend recommended Jessie to me when I was ready to buy a house. Jessie did not provide me much information and advices on the house itself and neighborhood during my house hunting and purchasing stage, but suggested me to waive everything and bid for at least 25% higher than the listing price to get the house, as she said it is the bay area house market norm. She convinced me signed a leasing contract with the seller for the seller’s request of 2 months free rent back. But after the seller still hasn’t moved out the house a few days after the moving out due date, Jessie told me to deal with the seller by myself to push the seller move out. When I asked her for help, she would just “pass the word” to the seller agent, never actively do anything at all but criticize me for being too pushy. I was paying rent for my old place and mortgage plus insurance for the new house, she just not put herself in my shoes as my buyer agent. Jessie did not tell me the seller bought home warranty for me as the buyer to use, when I asked her for it, she showed attitude for me asking to get it as soon as possible so that I can use it. After that she just never responded to any of my test messages, Weixin messages or pick up my phone calls. The house still has a lot of remaining issues after I moved in. Since I signed all the paperwork, I have never received a word from Jessie asking me how are things going for my new house. Bay area house is not cheap, it is the biggest money purchase for most people in our whole life with our hard earned and saved money. Jessie only took me 3 times to look at houses including the house I eventually bought. It was not like I have exhausted her very much for the commissions her earned. I would not recommend Jessie Lin for your million (or millions) dollar new house purchasing business due to her extremely lack of service spirit.

This review is not for the services instead is to point out that these two agents decided the best way for them to market their services is by ringing door bells at 7:45pm in the evening on a Friday at my house and in a way asking me to open the door and speak with them. This was absolutely uncalled for and even if you’re looking to advertise you could have simply left the pamphlet outside. I obviously did not open my door and requested for them to leave it outside.
