3 months agoI ordered takeout through their website and chose to pay at the store. The cashier informed me that the website checkout is owned by a third-party company that charged extra, and that I should call next time instead of ordering through there. He was kind enough to charge me the normal price though, and I really appreciated his honesty! Not only was the service great, but the food was as well. My boyfriend ordered the โchicken over riceโ and I got the โchicken gyroโ, and both were delicious!! They were both so flavorful, but I wish I ordered 2 gyros instead of one though because it wasnโt enough ๐คค Their tzatziki sauce and the orange sauce were very tasty as well. We will be coming back for sure in the future

The portions were generous, providing great value for the price. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. 4 months agoI ordered 2 skewers of chicken tikka and one lamb kofta. What I got was 1 skewer of chicken and one lamb kofta. The chicken was stale and clearly from a previous day. Same goes for the rice. My stomach is hurting as I write this, clearly the food and sauce was not fresh. Itโs sad because for $20 youโd expect to get at least freshly prepared food. Customers donโt deserve old food. Very disappointed.

5 months agoI used to eat here pretty regularly when I worked down the block about five years ago. Not sure what happened. Today was my first visit since. I ordered the chicken tikka and beef kofte plate today and both meats were extremely overcooked and bone dry. Tough to eat. The only redemption was the seasoning was just right. Maybe it was a bad day or something but the shop wasn't even busy by the time I arrived. I get the feeling the meat was pre-cooked and they just reheated it on the grill or something. I'd hesitate to come back again. It's ironic to me because what I used to really like here was the lamb over rice. And I remember one of the last times I came here I happened to order it that day and overheard the staff complaining to each other while they cooked it saying something like "nobody orders our other food, only lamb over rice. It isn't even our best item on the menu" Man, if even lamb over rice isn't the best I'm not really sure what is based on today's food...

6 months agoI ordered a Falafel Gyro and a Qabili lamb and chicken tikka. The Falafel was fresh and delicious, and the tikka was fine, but the Qabili was old and not tasty. I deducted 2 stars due to the old rice.
