9 months agoAvoid doing business with anyone associated with this company. We had the displeasure of working with Lida Assareh, whose unprofessional and frankly spiteful actions cost us money. No matter how good of a tenant you are, no matter how much you extend courtesy; they will always walk all over you in the end.

11 months agoA property listed on compass that I had been trying to contact an agent of the name with Touqeer Malik via email was the worst experience Iโve ever encountered. After no response I finally reached out to another realtor whose sight I found it on. Once retaining a realtor she tried to reach the realtor multiples and request showing which she didnโt get any responses. I called his office to complain and Touqeer finally reached out to me in regard to my complaint Touqeer then decided it was appropriate to yell and curse at me. I will be reporting him to the board, as the whole situation has been egregious.
