“An inclusive community Masjid in Culpeper VA. This beautiful two story Masjid is the only one in town near downtown Culpeper area. Apart from regular prayers, the Masjid offers a variety of Islamic educational, communal and social programs.”
First of all beautiful Masjid Masha'Allah and very welcoming community. We attended the first Eid-ul-fiter prayer there Allhumdulillah. A young imam led the Eid prayer. Imam delivered one khutba before and one after the Eid Salaat. As far I know there is no khutba before the Eid Salaat. After the prayer I asked the Imam same question because I was really confused. Imam was unable to quote any reference from Quran or Sunnah.

Beautiful masjid, very clean and has room for women. Love listening to the Kutbah here. InshAllah looking forward to continue coming here and watching the community grow.
Allah's house and It is religiously and socially as wonderful as one expects. The community leader and members who run this Masjid are very mindful and have introduced to it's Muslim and non-muslim neighbors the Masjid as a house of kindness and hospitality. I was here in a few of the events in the Masjid in which they had invited many wise individuals from neighbors as special guests and the invitation had been done regardless of any consideration of guests' religious and social unlikeliness. Since the Muslim community appears small in this area, financially they may have a hard time to keep the Masjid open therefore if you are visiting the Masjid from another area and financially you are in a good condition then you may financially contribute to the Masjid expenses, so that Allah reward you.
Today we were so disappointed in Eid prayer. Not enough space for women and some of them sit and pray in the bathroom or hall way besides the shoes. As women, We felt very disrespectful. And the announcement about the events is very bad. The organization is poor.
